About COAG Clinic

COAG Clinic (Carleton Ottawa Associates in General Internal Medicine) is a physician-led internal medicine clinic in Nepean, Ontario. We provide consultation for adults with complex medical issues, including thrombosis, anticoagulation questions, hypertension, dyslipidemia, and multi-morbidity.

Our physicians work in both hospital and outpatient settings, allowing us to bridge the transition from inpatient care to follow-up in the community. We aim to provide timely, evidence-based assessments and clear care plans that support both patients and referring clinicians.
