Getting to the clinic

We are located at 2039 Robertson Rd in Nepean, in Suite 230 on the 2nd floor. The building has an elevator and stairs. Free parking is available in the front and back of the building.

What to bring to your first appointment

  • Health card
  • Medications — bring all medication bottles or an up-to-date medication list (your pharmacist can provide this).
  • Allergies (if applicable)
  • Recent reports — relevant labs, imaging, or consultation notes (if you have copies)

Home blood pressure readings (if you have a cuff)

If you have a home blood pressure cuff, please check your blood pressure daily and bring a record of your readings. If possible, bring readings from the preceding 2 weeks (more dates are even better).

Urgent concerns

If you develop new or concerning bleeding or feel acutely unwell, please seek urgent medical attention (Emergency Department / call 911).

Cancellations and no-show fee

If you cannot attend your appointment, please call the clinic and provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a no-show fee.
